We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our Amazon business, driving sales growth, and enhancing our brand presence on digital platforms. If you're ready for a dynamic and challenging opportunity, we want to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities:


- Drive Sales Growth: Lead our digital sales efforts on Amazon and key digital customer accounts through strategic account management and partnerships.


- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance and stay updated on industry trends to optimize sales and improve performance.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage eCommerce opportunities and execute projects for sales growth on Amazon.


- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key customers and Amazon to expand our global product and brand presence.


- Effective Communication: Act as a representative for assigned accounts and facilitate effective communication across internal functions.


- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans and Joint Activation Plans in coordination with the Director of Sales and Digital Marketing Manager.


- Go-to-Market Planning: Create seasonal go-to-market plans, including brand and category product strategies.


- Data-Driven Decisions: Continuously monitor sell-out and order book for efficient supply and identify selling opportunities.


Requirements:


- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

- English proficiency is essential; German is a plus.

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Amazon, account management, or eCommerce sales, with a focus on B2C eCommerce retailers or managing eCommerce retailer accounts.

- Proficient understanding of sales processes, budgets, and customer profitability.

- Demonstrated experience in working with eCommerce retailer accounts and conducting customer negotiations on the Amazon marketplace.

- Preferably possesses marketing capabilities or activation experience.

- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to make fact-based decisions around market assessments.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, advanced ERP systems, and report-building capability.

- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively and deliver results in a structured manner.

- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
